Do you feel that massage has become commercialized? We do too. Some Peace & Quiet was designed based on what we've wanted at a massage business, using our 25+ years of being massage clients. First is our reservable shower. Now you can freshen up, and continue on with your day without having to go home first. Next is a comfortable lounge where you can enjoy a snack, filtered water or hot tea from our kitchenette before or after your massage. And finally, access to a Holistic Room equipped with sound therapy instruments, mediation pillows and stools to disconnect, find inner peace, develop tools to combat stress, connect with spirit, and to manifest our destinies. We are also a Cellphone-Free Zone! Cellphone and Full Lockers are available to safely secure your items. Our massage therapists are trained in Myofascial Release, Dynamic Stretch, Prenatal Massage and Lymphatic Drainage, just to name a few, as well as Energy Work, Aromatherapy and Hot Stones. Cupping is also available as an add-on to your massage. Reserve a Private Meditation or Sound Therapy Session in one of our massage rooms. Bring your own headphones or earbuds, or use our sanitized JBL headphones. Coming soon will be group sessions offering sound therapy, and private Reiki and guided meditation sessions. After your massage, enjoy a discounted Daily Pass to "Firefly" a Contrast Therapy Spa on the first floor using Infrared Sauna, and Hot and Cold Plunge Tubs! We look forward to seeing you soon!
